Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can summer crisp kernel corn drained
1 can black beans drained and rinsed
1 can lentils drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cups cider vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all beams and vegetables

Mix vinegar, olive oil and sugar together. Being to a boil making sure all sugar is dissolved.
Cool mixture and then add to beans and veggies.
Refrigerate.

Oil will solidify in fridge but will quickly come to room temperature for serving.

Spoon out amount of mixture leaving oil mix behind.
