Directions: |
Directions:Mix all ingredients together. Using a large melon baller, form small meatballs and place on tray covered in parchment paper. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Meatballs are done when you press a finger into a meatball and it springs back I like to make these ahead of time. I heat spaghetti sauce (in pan on stove top) and pop in as many meatballs as needed for a meal. Heat thoroughly. Can also be warmed up in stove at 325 degrees. Serve with cooked spaghetti squash or pasta. |
