12 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Sugar

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Separate yolks from whites. Beat yolks in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla to beaten yolks; fold in flour and baking powder; fold in egg whites.
Bake 20-25 minutes.

Make two layers. Layer cream filling in middle. Frost with sweetened whipped cream. Refrigerate.
 

Cream Filling


Ingredients:

3 1/2 Tablespoons Flour
3 1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Cup Sugar
6 Egg Yolks
1 Quart of Milk
Lump of Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Orange Extract
1/4 teaspoon Lemon Extract
1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix dry ingredients, then add egg yolks and milk. Still until thick; add butter, vanilla, orange, lemon, and almond flavorings.

For chocolate, add 2 squares of melted chocolate and some cinnamon.

Refrigerate.
