2 Pounds of Potatoes (not new potatoes) (washed, peeled and cubed)
1 Cup Milk (this is an estimate)
6 Tablespoons Butter
5 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
1 Pinch of Nutmeg
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the potatoes until easily pierced with fork. Drain and mash (can use ricer or electric hand mixer) .In the same saucepan, melt the butter over a low heat. Return the potatoes to the saucepan. Using an electric beater, beat the potatoes as you gradually add the hot milk, parmesan cheese, and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper.
