2 c flour
1 t cream of tartar
1/2 t baking soda
1 pinch salt
1/4 c butter
1/8 c sugar
1/2 c milk
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt. Mix in butter until resembles fine bread crumbs. Stir in sugar and enough milk to make dough soft. Knead lightly. Roll out into 3/4 inch thickness. Cut 2 inch rounds and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with milk
Bake 425º for 10 minutes then cool

This could be made gluten free by using gluten free flour. Also can use almond milk instead of regular milk.
