2 lbs. chicken breast

2 lbs smoked sausage

1 large chopped green pepper

2 medium chopped onions

4 stalks of celery, diced

8 cloves garlic

1 28 oz can whole tomatoes

1 6 0z can tomato paste

2 14 ½ oz can beef broth

2 tbsp dried parsley

3 tsp dried basil leaves

1 tsp Tabasco sauce

1 ½ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp salt

3 cups uncooked rice

6 cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces

Cut smoked sausage into 1 inch pieces

Add all ingredients except rice into large pot.

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours

Or high 3 to 4 hours

Stir in rice when ready to serve
