1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 loaf Texas Toast
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a microwave.

Add brown sugar. Stir to mix well.

Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.

Beat eggs, milk and vanilla.

Lay a single layer of toast.

Spoon 1/2 the egg mixture on the bread.

Add a second layer of bread.

Spoon remaining egg mixture on bread.

bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cover for the first 30 minutes. Spring with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
