1 scant c. Canola Oil
to tsp. Cayenne Pepper (depends on how "hot" you want the crackers.
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (powder)
1/4 cup Italian spices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients together and set aside. Place 1 box of fat free saltine crackers (4 sleeves) or saltine oyster crackers (16 oz) in a 2-gallon zip-lock bag. Pour the oil mixture with crackers in bag and toss every 20 minutes for 3 hours. Add cup Italian spices (Preferably roasted) and toss with crackers.
