16 oz. can chick peas, rinsed
3 T. fresh lemon juice
3 T. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
½ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
dash cayenne
3 T. tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 T. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, add chick peas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, tahini and mix until smooth. Turn into serving bowl. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately with pita bread or crackers. Can be refrigerated for 1-2 days.
