c. chopped onion
2 T. butter
2 13 oz. cans chicken broth
3 c. cooked squash
1 c. half and half
salt, pepper, and curry - season to taste
sour cream for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion with butter. Add chicken broth, cooked squash, and half and half. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry. Serve with dollop of sour cream.
