½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1½ cups flour
1½ tsps. vanilla
1½ cups pecans, chopped
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Melt butter in 2 quart batter bowl in microwave. Add sugars, egg, flour and vanilla. Mix well. Add pecans. Using small stainless steel scoop drop onto baking stone. Sprinkle with powdered sugar using sugar/flour shaker. Makes 2½ dozen.
