2 c. white rice
4 c. water
3 tomatoes
1/2 onion (or less, depending on taste)
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown rice in a little oil and add salt and pepper to taste. In blender, blend tomatoes, onion, Knorr powder, and garlic clove with the 4 cups of water. Add to pan of browned rice and continue to cook about 5 minutes, then cover with lid and when most of the water has evaporated, turn off heat and let sit until served.
