4 ONIONS

1/2 CUP SUGAR

2 DOZEN RIPE TOMATOES

2 CUPS CIDER VINEGAR

1 TABLESPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER
1 TEASPOON GROUND ALLSPICE
1 TEASPOON GROUND CLOVES
1 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON

GRIND ALL PEPPERS AND ONIONS TOGETHER.

SKIN & CUT TOMATOES

BOIL ALL ABOVE WITH ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL THICK - STIRRING OCCASIONALLY.

ADD IN THE BALANCE OF INGREDIENTS

COOK FOR 20 MINUTES. STORE IN BOILED, STERILIZED JARS.
