2 CUPS TORN LEAF LETTUCE
1 (11 OUNCES) MANDARIN ORANGES, DRAINED
1 MEDIUM PURPLE ONION, SLICED
COOKED SALAD DRESSING
1/4 CUP SLICED ALMONDS, TOASTED

SALAD DRESSING

1/4 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP WHITE VINEGAR
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TAP DRY MUSTARD
1/4 TABLESPOON MINCED ONION
DASH OF PAPRIKA
1 EGG SLIGHTLY BEATEN (BAD NEWS)
1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OIL

FOR THE SALAD DRESSING:

COMBINE FIRST SEVEN INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN.

BRING TO A BOIL.

GRADUALLY STIR IN OIL

CHILL

POUR ON AND MIX IN SALAD AFTER BEING WELL CHILLED
