1 cup diced papaya
1/4 cup diced cantaloupe
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp crushed dried chilies
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate until needed. It will keep for a week in the fridge. Makes 2 cups salsa. Serve with tortilla chips. Also great with fish!
