1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into strips
1 cup soy sauce
cup coca cola
2 tbsps. orange juice
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
salt, pepper & chili powder, to taste
cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate overnight. Place chicken in well oiled pan and bake 350F for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven, slide chicken around in pan to sop up caramelized sauce. Baste with additional marinade and return to oven for another 15 minutes.
