2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat waffle iron while making waffle batter
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, into large bowl
In large measuring cup mix together the egg yolks and milk
Pour the wet into the dry and mix until well incorporated
Beat egg whites, fold into batter
Add melted butter, just stir in a little
Cooking spray is a good idea for the maker

Pour a waffle sized amount into your maker and cook it. Usually when steam stops coming out the sides of your waffle maker, your waffle is cooked.

We like these with chocolate chips. Nothing says a healthy breakfast like chocolate chips. But it gets better...we top them with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Then we take our vitamins and go do Crossfit.
