2 Tbsp butter
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 lbs Sweet Italian Sausage
2 (15 oz) cans of stewed tomatoes
1 pkg A'jus (you will need 2 cups)
water
2 small cans of zucchini in tomato sauce
1 pkg bow tie noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the vegetables in the butter in a large heavy pot. Add crumbled sausage, cook until browned.
Add stewed tomatoes and 2 cups of A'jus (beef bouillon will work, but not quite as good).
Add water to taste, simmer for about an hour. Add zucchini and bow tie noodles.
Cook for another 15 minutes. Serve with hot bread and butter.
