6 Tbsp butter melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 red velvet cake mix
1/2 c confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats. Place confectioner sugar in shallow bowl, set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, eggs and cake mix until there are no large lumps left.
Roll dough into 1" balls (1 Tbsp of dough) and coat in confectioners sugar. Place on cookie sheet - 2" apart. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until the tops have cracked and look set. Let cool 5 minutes on pan. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
