1 1/2 lb sirloin steak
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1/2 c onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 c dry sherry or beef broth
1/2 c beef broth
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp dried chervil
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
3 oz cream cheese
1 c sour cream
hot cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Partially freeze steak; slice diagonally across grain into 1/4" strips. Brown meat in hot oil in large skillet remove meat from skillet reserving pan drippings. Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in reserved pan drippings until tender.
Return steak to skillet ad sherry, broth and next 6 ingredients. Cook over medium low heat 10-12 minutes or until most of liquid evaporates. Remove from heat, add cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until cheese melts.
