1 # hamburger
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 large clove minced garlic or garlic powder
1 can condensed tomato soup (10 oz.)
1 can water (10 oz.)
1/2 cup uncooked Minute Rice
S&P to taste
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce( opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet: fry beef, peppers, onions and garlic until browned. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender(15 minutes)
Take off lid and cook to desired consistency. Serve with shredded cheese if desired.
