4 cups Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Vidalia onion, thinly sliced into rings

White Sauce:
¼ cup flour
1 stick butter
1 ½ cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes and onion in 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix.

In a medium sized sauce pan make white sauce.

Melt butter, add flour and season with salt and pepper. Add milk and cook to thicken, stirring as needed.
Approximately 10 minutes. If you want a thinner sauce add more milk.

Pour sauce over potatoes and onions, mixing.

Bake, covered, in 375º oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
