110g self rising flour
1 container of blueberry Greek yogurt
frozen blueberries
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix flour and yogurt in a medium bowl; knead on a floured surface and separate into 4 pieces.
Flatten each piece of dough and add some frozen blueberries, then fold the dough over and roll into a log shape. Bring ends together to form a bagel.
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat. Scramble egg in a small bowl and add a bit of water. Brush tops of bagels with egg wash.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bagels are done.
