2 tbsps. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsps. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
½ tsp. dried dill weed
½ tsp. dried thyme
¼ tsp.salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
4 salmon fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare grill for direct cooking. Combine oil & garlic and icrowave on high for 1 minute. Add juice, peel, dill, thyme, salt and pepper; whisk until blended. Brush skinless sides of salmon with half of lemon mixture. Place salmon skin side up on grill. Grill covered over medium heat 4-5 minutes, turn and brush with remaining lemon mixture. Grill 4 - 5 minutes or until salmon flakes when tested with fork.
