4 c carrot slices cooked and drained
1 medium onion chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
3 c dry herb seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt cheese and bread crumbs together with all other ingredients except buttered bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
