1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, slivered
2 pkgs (10 oz) chop suey vegetables
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
2 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup water
40 lumpia wrappers
cooking oil for deep frying lumpia's

Sauce:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, stir in garlic and onion, saute' lightly. Add water chestnuts, vegetables and seasoning.
Cook about 2 minutes. Drain and cool thoroughly. Combine flour and water to form thin paste.
To make rolls, place 2 Tbsp veggie & meat mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold neatly like an envelope
but rolling it to make it round. Seal with a little of the flour paste.
Heat oil to 375 F. Deep fry lumpia's until golden brown.

Make sauce but combining all ingredients and set aside.
Serve with vinegar sauce or your sauce preference.

These also freeze well and take out what you want when ready.

For vegetarian, just leave out the beef and only use veggies.
