5 eggs
1 cup each broccoli and onion (or any vegetable combination you like)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch) (or you can make your own)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375

2. Cook vegetables in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Beat eggs, mayonnaise and milk in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in vegetable mixture and cheese; pour into pie crust. Place on baking sheet.

4. Bake 40 to 45 min. or until centre is set and top is golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

This is a quick and easy recipe that the kids can help make. We love that you can add any vegetable combination that you like or have in the fridge. We normally double the recipe to make two quiches as the frozen pie crusts come in packages of two.
