cup white sugar
1 egg white
cup water, boiling
tsp. vanilla
16 large marshmallows or 1 bag mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar and water together for 2 minutes. Press marshmallows into syrup until melted, do not stir mixture. Beat white of egg until stiff, add marshmallow mixture and beat until smooth. Add flavouring. Makes 2 cups.
