1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
4 green onions thinly sliced
2 1/2 cups cooked lobster
Avocado slices, tossed with lemon juice
Lettuce Leaves
Ripe Olives

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Combine green onions and Lobster in a large bowl.

Pour lime dressing over lobster mixture and gently toss combine.

Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.

To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on 4 plates.

Divide lobster salad among lettuce leaves.

Garnish with avocado slices and ripe olives
