8 oz firm white fish 1 1/2 inch chunks
1 # scallops
1 # shrimp
4 garlic, minced
1/2 c cream
1/2 c swiss cheese
2 T parmesan
paprika
s & p

Directions:
Directions:
Place into a 7 x 11 dish. Cook at 375º for 30 minutes.

Sometimes we get so antsy to go back to Maine and hunker down in a little wooden cabin and eat treats from the sea. That's when I whip up a little Seafood Casserole, to help make life in the high desert bearable again.
