1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. raw deveined shrimp
1 package wonton wrappers
1 egg white
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. dark sesame oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp sugar
10 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp dark sesame oil
1 tsp salt
bunch of green onions

Directions:

Chop the shrimp coarsley, mix with pork, egg, cornstach, sesame oil, salt, vinegar, ginger and sugar.

Keep the wonton wrappers moist with wet paper towel. Place 1 tsp of meat inside wonton, wet water along border. Fold in half then in half again.

Using a steamer lined with lettuce, place wontons in one layer and steam for about 10 - 15 minutes.
Set aside.

Combine chicken stock, white pepper, salt and dark sesami oil in a stock pot. Bring to a boil, place wontons in a bowl and pour broth over. Top with chopped green onions.
