3 lbs Napa Cabbage, cored and shredded
8 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green onion

Dressing
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
2 TB sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced




Directions:
Directions:
Toss chopped cabbage, blue cheese and green onions together in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Right before serving slaw, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture and coat thoroughly. Serve immediately to prevent the cabbage from wilting.
