1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. regular bread crumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 sm. onion
1 1/2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
slash of chicken stock
1/2 tbsp. tomato paste or catsup




Directions:

Preheat oven to 325

Mx ground beef with egg and bread crumbs

Heat olive oil In a small pan cook
onion
add
worcestershire sauce
chicken stock
tomato paste
allow to cool

Add mixture to ground beef.

cook for 1-1 1/4 hours @325

shape meat mixture into a rectangle on a foil sprayed sheet pan
cover all side with catsup

put s pan of water in oven rack below meatloaf while cooking.
