cup margarine
1 cup water, boiling
2 cups white sugar
1 cup powdered milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine, sugar and boiling water together and stir until sugar is completely dissolved, then add powdered milk. Beat till thick either by hand or mixer. Pour into jar and refrigerate. Will keep for months.
