3 tbsps. butter, softened
cup brown sugar, packed
4 tsps. white sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup sour cream
⅔ cup all purpose flour
cup graham cracker crumbs
tsp. salt
tsp. baking powder
tsp. ground cinnamon
⅓ tsp. baking soda
3 tbsps. milk
⅓ cup chocolate chips
6 tbsps. marshmallow cream

Preheat oven to 400F. Cream butter and sugars; beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in sour cream. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk until just moist. Fold in chocolate chips. Place 6 muffin liners in muffin tins. Fill unused muffin cups halfway with water before baking. Fill lined cups full with batter. Spoon 1 tbsp. marshmallow cream into each muffin cup. Top with remaining batter. Bake for 14-16 minutes until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Serve warm.
