Banana Crumble Muffins Recipe

1 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
4 bananas, mashed
cup white sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
⅓ cup butter, melted

⅓ cup brown sugar, packed
2 tbsps. flour
⅛ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease 10 muffins cups or line with muffin papers. In a large bowl, mix together dry batter ingredients. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture. Spoon into muffin tins. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tbsp. butter until it resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins. Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
