3 cups mashed potato - COLD (very important the potatoes be cold)
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and knead until smooth. If needed, add more flour. Should be a stiff dough. Preheat electric skillet or flat grill. Must be HOT, do NOT grease.
Roll out dough, dust with flour if needed, very thin. Cut into circles. Place on hot pan - cook until brown spots form then flip. Remove, place on damp towel to cool.
