Ingredients:  
1 cups water
1 small box orange gelatin
1 box tapioca pudding mix
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together water, gelatin and pudding mix. Boil for 1 minute, then cool.
2. Gently fold in the drained oranges. Refrigerate till partially set.
3. Fold in Cool Whip. Add more or less depending on your personal preference. Cool completely in
refrigerator.
**This recipe can be doubled or tripled. You can add other fruits if desired.
