3 C Flour
1 C Sugar
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 C Shortening
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Can Pie Filling (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Cut in shortening. Add beaten eggs, vanilla. Mix, toss with fork. Don't grease pan. Put ¾ of the batter into pan - gently with fingers. Add 1 can any flavor pie filling. Add remaining batter, sprinkle over top. Bake in 9x13 pan at 350º for 45 minutes.
