2 EGG WHITES

1/2 CUP SUGAR

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA

1 PACKAGE CHOCOLATE CHIPS

1 CUP COCONUT

1/2 CUP NUTS

Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 320 DEGREES

BEAT 2 EGGS UNTIL FOAMY. FOLD IN 1/2 CUP SUGAR, 1/4 TEASPOON OF SALT, 1/2 TEASPOON OF VANILLA.

BEAT UNTIL STIFF. ADD ONE PACKAGE OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS, ONE CUP OF COCONUT, 1/2 CUP OF NUTS.

DROP A SPOONFULS OF MIXTURE ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET, WITH BUTTER.

BAKE AT 320 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES.
