Ingredients:  
6 large red potatoes, boiled & peeled
cup green onion tops
cup of finely chopped celery
cup of finely chopped parsley
6 hardboiled eggs, peeled
Salt, Black & Red Pepper to Taste
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes in a large bowl and add onion tops, parsley & celery.
Separate egg whites from yolks. Chopped white part of egg and add to mixture.
Mash egg yolks and mix with mayo & mustard. Add to other ingredients and season with Salt, Black & Red Pepper. If too dry add a little mayo.
