2 beaten eggs
½ cup sugar
½ tsp of vanilla
6 slices of stale bread
1 cup of oil
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients then dip bread in mixture. Drain then fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
