French Cocoa Recipe

6 tbs Jewel Cocoa
6 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 qt milk
3 eggs
1 tbs Jewel Vanilla Extract
1/2 c whipping cream.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt. Gradually add milk, stirring to prevent lumps. Add beaten egg yolks. Cook 10 minutes in a double boiler. Coo, add vanilla, chill. Beat egg whites stiff, whip cream and mix the two. Stir half into cocoa and serve rest on top.
