1 T Active Dry Yeast
2/3 C Honey
1/3 Cup Of Canna Oil
71/2 Cups Of Whole Wheat Flour
1 T Salt
Canna Butter To Spread On Top Of Bread

Heat Oven To Warm 200 Degrees
Place Warm Water In Large Mixing Bowl. Add Yeast, And Stir In. Add Honey And Stir. It Will Begin To Proof ( creating a creamy foam). Allow To Proof For 5 Minutes

Add Oil, Flour, And Salt. Begin By Adding 7 Cups Of Flour. Start To Mix Using The Dough Hook. Add Remaining 1/2 Cup Of Flour Until Dough Pulls Away From The Sides Of Mixing Bowl. Knead Dough For !0 Minutes At Medium-High. If You Don't Have A Stand Mixer You Can Knead By Hand.

Place A Little Oil On Hands And Shape Into Two Bread Loaves. Spray Bread Loaf Pans With Non-Stick Cooking Spray. Put Pans In Warm Oven And Allow To Rise 20 Minutes Until Doubled In Size.
Once Bread Has Raised, Turn Up Oven To 350 Degrees. Leave Bread In Oven And Set Timer For 25 Minutes. Allow To Cool For 15 Minutes Before Removing From Pans.

You Can Freeze Bread Or Eat Within 2 Days
