1⅓ cup plain yogurt
⅓ english cucumber
tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Drain yogurt, 3 to 24 hours
Peel and grate cucumber, sprinkle with salt and let drain 1 hour

in small bowl stir everything together
