2 lbs. fresh tuna steaks
⅓ cup Holland House White Cooking Wine
2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steaks into serving size pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Place tuna and marinade in plastic bag and seal; refrigerate one hour. Place fish on well greased grill over hot coals. Cook five minutes per side or until done. Baste with marinade while cooking. Bring remaining marinade to a boil and serve with tuna.
