Banana Bread Recipe

3 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mash bananas with milk in large bowl.
2. Cream butter with sugar; add egg.
3. Sift dry ingredients together and set aside.
4. Alternate adding the dry and creamed mixtures to bananas, mix well.
5. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350ºF for one hour.

Mom loved it a little under cooked on top, slightly mushy but amazing.
