1 Bag of Medium Lukshen
4 eggs
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
Oil- a little
Directions:
Directions:
Cook up Lukshen, cool off with cold water, drain pasta.
Coat pan with oil, pour excess oil into lukshen.
Mix in eggs, salt, pepper
Bake 350 until golden and crunchy
