2/3 c chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 c flour
1/2 c butter softened

1/2 c peanut butter
1 c confectioners sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 c cool whip

1 vanilla instant pudding
1 chocolate instant pudding
2 3/4 c milk

Preheat oven to 350. Mix first three ingredients. Press in 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.

For next layer, combine peanut butter and cream cheese. Blend in confectioners sugar and cool whip. Spread on cooled crust.

For next layer mix pudding mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
