2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 large onion chopped fine
2 eggs, beaten
1 c mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
Ritz Crackers crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook and drain broccoli. Mix onions, eggs, mayo and mushroom soup. Layer mixture on top of broccoli in casserole dish. Layer cheese next and finish with a layer of crushed crackers. Dot with butter. Bake for 1 hour.
